The Fish Family Legacy: Chapter 4: Teenage do-dahs

I have to say, these days my sims are being pretty weird. It's pretty obvious in this picture right, the random glitchy ghost girl... ugh as a matter of fact neither of the sims is this picture have left the Fish house since they came.

Oh yes Mr. Maid, the washing is a delightful pizza... weirdo

I would like to name this picture : The Discovery

Another one of those rare moments in my game, Jace is actually being quite cheery.

Well it was awesome while it lasted.

Okay back to seriousland, Archie got himself a job at the graveyard building thingy (I can't spell whatever it's name is)

He actually managed to meet some new people. Have to say that this is one of the better looking townies I've seen. Her name is Joan Bull.

Joan and Archie really clicked together and started meeting up at the graveyard after work and they became very close.

I was pretty surprised when Archie kept rolling wishes to see Joan or wanting to hang out and stuff being a loner and all.

Hahahahaha! Om nom nom nom.

But on one occasion they got a little carried away to notice the time and Archie was arrested. No fair, how come Joan doesn't get arrested...

Jace made it very clear to Archie about his feelings that night.

But was also the first to comfort him later.

Despite getting arrested and yelled at by Jace ,Archie continued to hang out with Joan. On this occasion I decided the graveyard was getting old so instead Archie invited her to the Bistro but she declined.

Good thing Archie was actually standing outside Joan house when he called so he just dusted his pants outside until she showed up.

And she invited him inside. Archie actually rolled a wish to ask Joan to move in, must be really in to her, and seeing that Archie never socialises with anybody I granted his wish.

Aww, Archie's very first kiss, but someone was there to make things a little awkward.

Minnie! You nosy weirdo GO AWAY! Minnie actually had a case at Joan's house and questioned her when they were done.

I'll have you know at this point something VERY annoying and unexpected happened.

A hint maybe, flippin fudgesicles the day Archie decides to make his move she friggin ages up the next.

Why.are.you.doing.this.to.me?

And even worse, just before Archie could say anything to her she just jabs her finger right past him as if he were invisible to some guy on the street. Poor little Archie was quite broken after that :(

On a happier note, it was time for Annabeth and Annie's birthdays.

I don't wish for anything just don't touch my cake. Hmm seems like something Annie would say.

:) She looks like Minnie.

Annie went up next.

I think the glasses are a nice touch her being a genius and all.

Not to my surprise, Annie ate like two slices of cake while Annie watched silently from beside her and vowed that she would help her sister someday.

But in order to help Annie she knew she would have to work first.

With the teens now freshly teenified Jace called the moving van. Annie and Annabeth were actually sleeping on the couch since childhood *guilty smirk*

I think their new house is quite nice.

I know right, the new house makes laundry so wonderful.

First day of school went quite well for the twins and they both went home with a friend. Wish he was better looking though...

*shudders* Bleagh. No comment. You know this is actually Joan's sister...

Annie was quite the nerd so I thought a part-time job at the bookstore would suit Annie quite well.

I didn't feel that Annabeth was ready for any sort of work yet. She was always groaning and complaining when it came to homework.

While Annie always maintained a sort of smug half smirk.

You know what people say, When the homework gets tough the dumb kids party :D
(little side note: I'm listening to Party Rock Anthem as I write this)

Annabeth managed to make some nice friends.

Even Archie found a pretty masked lady.

Wasn't too satisfied with Annie's choice though... Some weirdo with a bald spot and heart patterned swim trunks.

Who stopped and laughed at Annie while she did some funkiness with her hands...

Annabeth, who was standing nearby went and comforted her sister by telling her a piece of gossip about the mean guy.

And later they jogged down to the diner.

They sat down and discussed their normal do-dahs...

Annie also told Annabeth about all the stuff that bothered her

Then they once again jogged back home and Annie helped Annabeth (who wasn't complaining for once) with her homework.

What?! Sometimes my game just slaps me with a fish ( hahaha "fish") Minnie's lifetime wish is to raise 5 children from babies to teens. I didn't actually plan to fulfill but I guess Minnie had other plans.

As Minnie always did, she danced though her pregnancy, in nice clothes for once.

Meanwhile outside Jace was picking fights with Mr. Bald spot who just showed up... I have a feeling he's gonna be once of those people who never leave... (heck my simself is still there)

Shortly after yelling Jace used his fingers to capture the moment.

Look, he's inside without any invitation. I feel hes gonna be here for a while so might as well introduce Mr. Bald spot. This is Alec (such a cool name for such a loser) and he looks like one of those stylist failures.

Despite being extremely off Annie was always quite nice to him and even offered to tutor him and they became buddies.

Alec would start fights every now and then because hes one big meanie.

Annie would always have a few words in return.

She would always immediately apologise afterwards. I sense some of her Jace side flowing through.

Judging from the daylight in this picture, Alec is gonna be here for quite a while.

Bright and early on a Saturday Annabeth decided that this was the day she and Annie hit the gym.

Well it was interrupted when Jace light himself up using the blowtorch.

Luckily for him Annie was quick to move as she extinguished him.

(play the training montage)

At the gym Annabeth first asked Annie to be BFFs. Sweet.

Then she proceeded to tell Annie her whole plan about the things they were going to do.

Annie seconded her thoughts.

First some easier stuff like the radio.

Then after a quick food break Annie hit the treadmill.

But before Annabeth could train her she started heating things up (in the non-sweaty way) with one of her friends.

Shame on you Annabeth! Anyways Annie later called Alec who was more than happy to help. Who knew the guy had any skills.

The training and canoodling session were cut short when Alec peed himself...

And sometime during the day Minnie came to announce the news to Annabeth who seems more scared than surprised.

Same went for Annie. Oh and maybe you can notice some improvements in this picture...

Maybe a more obvious picture. Yes, indeed Annie has lost some serious weight. All one day actually. They spent the entire day at the gym.

Now with her weight off her mind Annie could pursue some of her other goals. Like becoming the Grand Chess Master. 1 down 9 to go?

Annabeth gave Annie a warm congratulations hug while..

Minnie tried to give her opponent a condolence kiss... Inappropriate sims...

To celebrate Annabeth invited her siblings on a triple date (Archie is in the back). Well technically this wasn't really even a date but all 3 were very close anyways.

Later Annabeth took Iforgothisname home and had had first kiss.

And they were girlfriend and boyfriend... but once again there was someone to make things a little weird.

Jace was very captivated by his daughter and her boyfriend. Jeez if this was me and my dad this guy would be lucky to still have bit and pieces of his body the next day.
